無錫不銹鋼板廠家無錫漢(han)能不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼2020年(nian)8月27日訊  從官方聲明中獲悉，歐盟委員會已展開到期復審，審查對從中國大陸和臺灣進口的不銹鋼冷軋卷采取的現行反傾銷措施。

The European Commission has opened an expiry review into existing anti-dumping measures on imports ofChinese and Taiwanese stainless cold rolled coil, Kallanish learns from an official statement.

該(gai)復審是在(zai)歐洲鋼鐵(tie)工業聯盟Eurofer于5月初提(ti)交申請后發起的，預計將在2021年底(di)前完成(cheng)。在此期間，現行的(de)6.8%至25.3%反傾(qing)銷稅（因供應商而異(yi)）將繼續保持。此(ci)次復審(shen)可能導致(zhi)反傾(qing)銷稅再維持5年。

The review was opened following a complaint lodged by Eurofer earlier in May and is expected to be concluded by the end of 2021. In the meantime, the existing AD duties of between 6.8% and 25.3% – depending on the supplier – will remain in place.The review could result in the duties being maintained for five more years.

“申請(qing)方[Eurofer]提供的(de)(de)證(zheng)據表(biao)明，如(ru)果允許反(fan)傾銷措施到期終止，鑒(jian)于相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)關國(guo)家和(he)地(di)區存在未利用的(de)(de)產能，以及歐盟(meng)市場的(de)(de)吸引力，從(cong)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)關國(guo)家和(he)地(di)區進口的(de)(de)被審查產品很可能會(hui)大幅增加，”歐盟(meng)委員會(hui)表(biao)示(shi)。“此外，如(ru)果不采取(qu)措施，相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)關國(guo)家和(he)地(di)區的(de)(de)出口價格將處(chu)于低水平，足以進一步損(sun)害歐盟(meng)產業。”

“Theapplicant [Eurofer] has provided evidence that, should measures be allowed tolapse, the current import level of the product under review from the countriesconcerned to the Union is likely to increase significantly due to the existenceof unused capacity in the countries concerned and the attractiveness of theUnion market,” the Commission says. “In addition, in the absence of measures, export prices of the countries concerned would be at a level lowenough to further injure the Union industry.”
